Goal Achievement

While reading articles and inspirational messages today, it seems like the topic of the day is goal achievement. Take heed. My belief is that everything happens for a reason. Even Joel Olsteen wrote about goals in Today's message, titled "Your appointed time."

Everything happens in God's time. Don't give up. If God laid it (a goal/idea) on your heart, keep at it. There may be a reason why this goal/idea hasn't come into fruition yet. The delay maybe a test to see how bad you want it. Keep that vision near. Look at it every day. MOST importantly, VISUALIZE it. There's a difference.

Create a vision board - a collage of things you want to achieve. BE SPECIFIC. God will give you the desires of your heart. If you're not specific, you may not get what you want. Put everything (your goals and aspirations) in plain view so that you can see it everyday as you retrain your mind and your actions to flow according to your divine purpose.

God will mold and guide you during this process, if you let HIM have his way in your life. God is a good God. He rewards his faithful children. But, remember "Faith without works is dead."

Be steadfast in your prayer, be faithful, but most importantly hold on to your vision and God will ensure that the desires of your heart are fulfilled as long as its in his will.

Inspirational Quote from Rev. Run

"Nothing will work if you won't"

TRUE Statement people!!! Let it marinate for a minute and take heed!!!

Going for Broke....

....I don't mean in financial terms. I'm talking about throwing ALL caution to the wind and going for what you know. Making every effort and giving it (your goals, dreams, aspirations) EVERYTHING you've got! Go after that goal you set to accomplish, NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE. Quit living in the "what if's"...the "what if I fail, what if it doesn't work...." mentality.

Be Assertive, Be FEARLESS! Remember: the spirit of fear is NOT of God.

A good friend is a motivational speaker and he listed a great quote in an email exchange we had today (Wednesday). He said "Do what you know and not what you feel --let your feelings catch up." This statement struck a chord when I read it. You see, I've let my feelings get the best of me and cloud my judgement one too many times. I resolve to cease and desist effective immediately.

I resolve to "Go for broke!". Meaning that I will throw all caution to the wind. Let go of ANY and ALL inhibitions and do what I know. Let everything else catch up. I'll worry about the little things later. They're not my problem anyway. As God's child, He promised to bear the burden. So I will cast my cares and burdens on him.

Time waits for no one my friend. Don't put off for tomorrow what you can do today. Trust in the Lord and shoot for the stars!!

Why Not You

This quote was taken from an old friend, who's also a great motivational speaker. Thanks Bert!!!

Title: "Why Not You"

"Why not you....believe you can accomplish anything....why not you....believe if anyone can do it so can you...why not you....turn nothing into something....why not you...snatch victory from the jaws of defeat...why not you...refuse to live an unlived life...why not you...believe that what you imagine is possible for you...!"

Branding oneself pt. 1

Branding oneself is not an easy task. I think this is b/c a positive image takes a longer time to stick in a consumer's mind versus a negative image. Is this b/c we're wired as consumers to expect a bad experience? Who knows.

All I know is that word of mouth can make or break a brand. So as I build my brand "Azillerating Bodies," I will remember key advice given by a good friend. "Everyone has a story. Tell your story and the people will come."

So dear friends, I will dig deep and tell my story.

Networking Marketing Pt II

God works in mysterious ways. Writing an article about Network Marketing Businesses was on my mind today. Then my team leader sent a text informing me of an e-zine article he wrote that was published today on E-zine Articles. The article is entitled "4 Keys To A Successful Network Marketing Business" by Terrance L. Campbell.

This article is very informative. Please see link below.

If you're interested in joining a successful MLM, please let me know. I would love to have you on my team!

Networking Marketing/MLM's

Building a business can be rewarding yet scary at times. Especially when the business you're building is a Network Marketing or MLM (multi level marketing) business. Unfortunately, people become leery when they hear about MLM's. This is due to the unpopular press MLM's received in the past (namely the '90's and early 2000's) when companies like Amway Corporation were found guilty by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for engaging in some illegal activities*...Namely price fixing and exaggerated income claims.

For the record, an MLM is a marketing structure that compensates distributors of a certain product/products for not only the sales they generate through selling the product, but also through the recruitment of others. The recruitment of these new distributors establishes a hierarchy (which includes multiple compensation levels) and the new distributors brought into the business by the initial distributor is called a downline.

This direct marketing strategy is the reason many MLM businesses are successful. Also, most MLM's use word of mouth as the main advertising source, which proves more successful than other ad campaigns.

There are many Ponzi and pyramid schemes pretending to be MLM's. Be leery of those. Do your research, contact the Better Business Bureau if necessary. If it sounds too good to be true, it just might be. Every business requires work. Very rarely, if ever, you will gain a return (whether big or small) on a business who have not put any work in.

Life is precious.....

Life is so precious. This thought came to mind as I wheeled my sister out of the hospital today....the result of a simple procedure that became more complex and resulted in a week long hospital stay. As I spent each night at the hospital on the uncomfortable lounge chair with the constant beeps from various hospital equipment in the background, I began to ponder the fragility of life.

Why does it take a tragedy or near death experience to bring about the realization that you're not living life to your full potential? Why do we (people in general) get comfortable so quick?

These are simple questions with simple and sometimes not so simple answers, depending on who you ask. I think those comfortable with the cycle of life, will provide a complex answer...probably filled with excuses. Whereas, those with drive, the constant fire to do and complete tasks, would provide a simple answer.

What's your answer?

Whatever it may be, understand that time waits for no one, it is constantly moving. Tomorrow will soon be today, so make it count. Follow your heart, dream big and do what God wants you to do. If you don't know what that is, then you may need to develop a better relationship with Him. Talk less and learn to listen more.

Food for thought: If you call yourself your Father's child, why aren't you doing your Father's will and exhibiting your Father's traits?

Until next time.

Recession Proofing my life

There's got to be a better way. I'm tired of the 9-5...or should I say, 9-6 every Monday through Friday. Yes, I'm thankful and eternally grateful to be amongst the gainfully employed, however there's got to be a better way. So I'm on a quest to "Recession Proof" my life.

Disclaimer: This journey isn't for the faint at heart. Its for the brave at heart, those fed up of the monotony life has evolved to. Its for those individuals (like myself) wanting more, deserving more, and demanding more. Individuals who have gotten rug burns, from the many prayers and briny tears. The children of God who know that God wants and promised better for them.

This journey is for those who will become, who will evolve and refuse to adapt to their surroundings. Those, who at the end of the journey will emerge looking waay better than they came in (financially, figuratively, and literally). Those who will develop a new mindset, those who will develop the "each one reach one" philosophy (I promise to discuss in deatil)..those who will say in the end "Thank God I stayed....the ride was well worth it b/c I am now Recession Proof!"

Are you ready for this ride? If you are stay tuned......
